Pivot plan:
1. Skills audit: what transfers more than I think, what's genuinely missing
2. Quick wins: 3 things I can do in the next 30 days to build credibility in the new field
3. Portfolio or proof: what do I need to show I can do this work?
4. Narrative: how to explain the pivot in interviews without apologising for it
5. Network map: who do I know (or who knows someone) in the target field?
6. Reality check: what will I likely earn at the start vs now, and is that sustainable?

Be honest about difficulty. Don't oversell the pivot.
