Each competency:
- Name and definition
- Why it matters for this specific role
- Scoring guide: 1 (poor) to 4 (exceptional) with behavioural anchors
2. Interview questions (2-3 STAR-format questions per competency)
3. Red flags table: specific answers or behaviours that should give pause
4. Green flags table: signals that make someone a strong hire
5. Overall recommendation: Hire / No Hire / Maybe with conditions — criteria for each

Make the scorecard usable by interviewers who are NOT HR specialists.
